ROMANIA’S DEEP STATE - ROUND 2 BEGINS
Today at 16.00 local time, Călin Georgescu will once again try to submit his candidacy for Romania’s presidential elections.
This isn’t the first time he’s tried to file; back in February, the government arrested him as he headed to register, a blatant attempt to crush his voice and the will of the Romanian people who back him.
The Constitutional Court will decide this month or early April if his candidacy is approved, assuming, of course, that he doesn't get arrested again this time.
