Conference on the opportunities in hotel infrastructure development in Central and Eastern Europe
The first edition of the "INVEST in Hospitality Properties in the CEE Region" conference, about increasing profitability in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, organized on Wednesday, in Bucharest, by the INVEST Think Tank, has Switzerland as the guest country, inform agerpres.ro.
The event will bring together ministers, former prime ministers, ambassadors, leaders of international hotel chains, investors, bank representatives and real estate experts to analyze the opportunities offered by the Romanian and Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets, at a time of expansion and development for the hotel infrastructure.
Top speakers who will debate current market topics include: Sebastian Burduja, minister of energy; Chiril Gaburici, former prime minister of the Republic of Moldova; Russell Kett, chairman of HVS and expert in hotel evaluation; Charles Guyonnaud, regional vice president for the Hyatt Hotels Corporation; Vassilis Themelidis, regional director for Southern and Eastern Europe at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Frank Reul, head of development at Accor Premium, Midscale & Economy "Eastern Europe, Balkans, Italy and Greece"; Jean Pierre Mifsud, general manager at Corinthia Bucharest; Malgorzata Morek, senior director of development for Central and Eastern Europe at Hilton; Dan Dascal, CEO at BT Asset Management SAI; Vlad Dragoescu, director, CEE head of portfolio management, Revetas Capital and others.
